Abstract

Surgical periodontal interventions are frequently required alongside orthodontic treatments. Changing of dental positioning and induced occlusal dysfunctions pose challenges for the sustained maintenance of the treated periodontium, orthodontic interventions imperative, encompassing aesthetic enhancements. On the other hand, the movement of teeth in thin bone housing pose challenges. Periodontally osteogenic surgeries are subjected to improve the orthodontic outcomes and reduce the periodontal complications in long term.
