Dear Oral Presenters,
All presentation will be from Friday March 28- Sunday
30, 2008 at Rattanakosin room located on the lower
lobby level. Please see the oral schedule for your presentation
time.
Please refer to your abstract Reference Number for future
communication.
With the large number of interesting abstracts submitted, the
committee had worked very hard to accommodate as many as
possible abstracts in the conference. We, therefore, decided to
limit the total time for each presentation to 15 minutes.
A 5 minute period between talks allows for questions,
discussion, and introduction of the next speaker.
Please do NOT bring your own laptop for your presentation due to
limited time.
Please make arrangements to pre-load your presentations onto the
designated laptop the day before the presentation during break
or early in the morning at the computer room which located at
Thonburi room on the lower floor.
Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader are the only
acceptable methods for electronic oral, Organized Oral, and
Symposium presentations
Each meeting room will be equipped with a dedicated LCD
projector and PC laptop operating on Windows XP, and loaded with
MS Office 2007 and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please make sure that
your presentation will run under this system. Corel
presentations are NOT supported. Embedded animation or graphics
are NOT supported. MAC format is NOT supported.
Acceptable media: DVD, CDs, Flash drives. You will need to
ensure that these are compatible with our laptops – which will
have DVD, CD readers and USB 2 ports.
All presenters will be expected to contact their session
chairperson or secretary at least 60 minutes in advance of the
start of their session and please be seated in front of the
room.

Dear Poster Presenters,
Your Posterboard has been assigned to be displayed at the
foyer on the lower lobby level.
Please see the poster schedule for date and time.
Please use your Abstract Reference Number for future
communication.
You will need to set up your Posterboard between 8:00am-9:00am
of the display date. Please register at the Thonburi room
on the lower lobby level and receive your certificate.
The area will be open for viewing
from 9:00am-5:00pm. Your Posterboard must be removed between
5:00pm-5:30pm on the same day. The APOC is not responsible for
items left after 5:30pm. Poster boards are approximately 180
cm wide x 90 cm tall. Because of space and equipment
limitations, poster presenters may not use audio-visual
equipment.
